The Library offers a variety of free programs to help foster a love of literacy and lifelong learning for kids of all ages and families. Most programs are drop-in and are offered throughout the year on a seasonal basis in addition to special events.

Every Child Ready to Read Babies |
An early literacy storytime that gives kids a jump-start to a love of reading. Interactive activities like talking, singing, reading and playing for babies up to eighteen months. Drop-in to this program on Wednesdays, 1 p.m. at the Mill Street Library. The summer session runs from July 3 to August 21. No registration is required. Every Child Ready to Read Everyone |
Take part in songs, stories and rhymes for kids five and under. This fun, hands on program gives parents ideas and activities to help engage kids in reading and learning. This drop-in program returns in September. Storytime is outside during the summer - Adventures in the Park on Mondays and Stories in the Sun on Tuesdays. Adventures in the Park with EarlyON |
Join us on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with our friends from EarlyON Dufferin, for an adventure in the park. Meet at Village Green Park, 53 Hewitt St. - June 10, 17 and 24. The program is moving to Rotary Park , 75 2nd Ave., for the summer starting on Monday, July 8. Check our Event Calendar for upcoming dates and times. |
