The Library offers a variety of free programs to help foster a love of literacy and lifelong learning for kids of all ages and families. Most programs are drop-in and are offered throughout the year on a seasonal basis in addition to special events.

Every Child Ready to Read Babies |
An early literacy storytime that gives kids a jump-start to a love of reading. Interactive activities like talking, singing, reading and playing for babies up to eighteen months. Drop-in to this program on Wednesdays, July 2 to August 20, 1 to 1:30 p.m. at the Mill Library. No registration is required. Check our Event Calendar for upcoming dates and times. |
Family Storytime |
Take part in songs, stories and rhymes for kids five and under. This fun, hands on program gives parents ideas and activities to help engage kids in reading and learning. Adventures in the Park with EarlyON |
Join us on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with our friends from EarlyON Dufferin, for an adventure in the park. The program is at Village Green Park, 53 Hewitt Street, in June. Adventures in the Park moves to Kay Cee Gardens, 29 Bythia Street, July 7 to August 25. There is no program on the Civic Holiday. Check our Event Calendar for upcoming dates and times. |
