The Cricut Maker 3 is a ‘smart cutting’ machine that precisely cuts designs, based on what is sent to it through a computer. It mainly allows you to cut thin materials such as vinyl, paper, and cardstock. Common projects include making stickers, heat transfer vinyl designs, party decor, and greeting cards.
Tools can be swapped out! The standard blade can be replaced by other blades or pens, allowing the machine to create specialized cuts or to draw designs.
Production cost:
Permanent or temporary vinyl - $3 for a 12” x 12” sheet
Heat Transfer vinyl - $10 for a 12” x 12” sheet
Cardstock - $0.25
Patrons are welcome to bring their own paper, cardstock, and other cutting materials (preferably Cricut branded). Confirm with staff to see if you will be able to use materials that you bring in.
