The Elna Extend 864 Air is an air threaded serger sewing machine. The air threading function allows for a much easier set up than traditional sergers. Serger sewing machines specialize in overlock stitches, which are the stitches that lock the edge of a fabric to prevent fraying, and are used for seaming, edging and hemming.
Production cost:
Use of the Elna Extend 864 Air is free. Patrons will have to bring their own thread and needles to use, and these items will need to be approved for use by staff.
