The Wolverine F2D Titan is a digitization device that can convert old photographic formats, such as Super 8 film, and various sized slides and negatives, into digital image files. The device has a screen for viewing the files being digitized and an HDMI output for displaying images on a TV. Files are saved to a USB or an SD card.
Production cost:
Use of the Wolverine F2D Titan is free. To take digitized files home, patrons will have to use an external storage device, like an SD card or a USB (which can be brought from home), or cloud storage, or send them as email attachments. It is possible to purchase external storage devices from the Library.
